1. Mr. Deepak Bajaj, son of the appellant Pravesh Bajaj, has appeared along with an authorization letter issued by the appellant. Let the authorization letter be taken on record.

2. The authorization letter indicates that the appellant does not wish to pursue the present petition. Mr. Deepak Bajaj further states that the cost of ₹50,000/-, imposed by the impugned judgment and decree, has been deposited via Pay Order No. 482258 dated 28.04.2011, which was submitted in court on 29.04.2011. The office report also confirms that the cost has been deposited.

3. Mr. Hemant Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, states at the bar that he was the only contesting respondent, while respondent No. 2 remained ex parte.

4. In view of the above submissions, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
