The revisionist assailed order dated 18.12.2021 whereby his appeal against conviction under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act was dismissed in default as well as for failure to prosecute. It appears that in the present proceedings also, the revisionist did not appear earlier also on multiple occasions. The revision in itself is hopelessly time barred and the application remains pending.

Today also till this time (04:05pm) none has appeared for revisionist. It appears that revisionist is not interested in proceeding further with this case. Therefore, the revision and the pending applications are dismissed in default.
