This petition has been listed on an office note pointing out that in spite of repeated calls to the counsel for the petitioner for filing proof of deposit of cost of Rs.35,000/- as imposed by this Court vide its order dated 20.02.2024 passed in the present petition, the petitioner has failed to file the proof of the cost.

It is clarified that in case the petitioner has not deposited the cost with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority as directed vide order dated 20.02.2024 of this Court, the learned Trial Court shall recover the same as fine and thereafter direct the same to be deposited with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. 3.

A copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court. 4.

The petition need not be listed any further.
