A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The date in the arbitration is 11 am today. The postponed date of the arbitral proceedings be informed by the Respondent to the Petitioner not later than one week from today.

2. The petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to seek appropriate interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law.
