None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2.
A perusal of the order sheets show that none had appeared for the petitioner even on the last date of hearing, i.e., 24th October, 2024. 3.
The present petition has been filed being aggrieved by the unauthorized construction carried out by respondent nos. 3 and 4 in the property bearing no. 1791-1795, situated at opposite Phatak Teliyan, Turkman Gate, Delhi-110006.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent MCD draws the attention of this Court to the Status Report filed on behalf of MCD, and submits that the property in question, is lying sealed since 29th November, 2022. Accordingly, the respondent MCD is directed to take further requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any in action on behalf of the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF") appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
