This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Writ/order/directions in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay dues payable at cessation of service, gratuity, provident fund and leave encashment etc of the petitioner. b) Direct the respondents to pay arears of 6th and 7th pay commission. c) Direct the respondents pay the the petitioner 1st and 2nd MACP." 4.

encashment, etc. still remain outstanding, including the complete arrears under the 6th and 7th CPC.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that a comprehensive representation has been made for release of dues on 03.06.2024 to the Principal/Chairman of Guru Harkishan Public School, however, there has been no response and no payment has been released. It is further submitted that an advance copy of the petition was also served on the School. 6.

The matter was passed over thrice but there is no appearance on behalf of Respondents No.2 and 3.

Looking at the fact that the representation dated 03.06.2024 is pending, petition is disposed of directing the School/Respondents No.2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 03.06.2024 within a period of 4 weeks from today. A reasoned and speaking order shall be passed, which will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week of the decision, who will be at liberty to approach the Court in case of any surviving grievance.
