% 16.01.2020 Petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 190/2019, under Sections 376/370/120B/506 IPC, registered at police station Tilak Nagar, Delhi. He is said to be in custody since 20th April, 2019. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has placed on record certified copy of order of 24th December, 2019 passed by the learned trial court vide which petitioner has been granted interim bail for one month keeping in mind his critical medical condition. In view of the fact that at present the petitioner has been released on interim bail, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this application at this stage.
