This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs seeking a direction for release of Rs.30,00,000/- along with accrued interest. 2.

The suit was decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13th August, 2025 arrived at between the parties.

The sum of Rs.30,000,000/- was deposited by the defendant in Court, to be released upon execution and registration of the title documents of the Gurgaon property in favour of the defendant. Plaintiffs have executed and got registered the title documents of Gurgaon property in favour of the defendant on 29th October, 2025.

in favour of the plaintiffs.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant does not object to the same.

Accordingly, Registry shall release the sum of Rs.30,00,000/- along with accrued interest in favour of the plaintiffs in equal manner as per the bank accounts given in paragraph 5 of the application. For ease of reference, paragraph no.5 is set out below:
