The present petition seeks cancellation of order dated 08.11.2023 whereby bail has been granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein in case FIR No.646/2023 dated 24.08.2023, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar East, Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 120B IPC (corresponding Section 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has, at the very outset, submitted that since chargesheet has now already been filed, as per the instructions, the petitioners, at the moment, are not interested in pursuing with their present petition seeking cancellation of bail and it be, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

learned Predecessor Bench, in addition to the conditions of bail as appearing in the impugned order, added the following additional conditions:- (i) Respondents no.2 and 3 shall not contact the proposed approver, Mr.Nikhil.

(ii) Respondents no.2 and 3 shall keep their mobile location on at all times.

On 28.11.2023, when respondent Nos.2 and 3 had appeared in person, they were directed to strictly comply with the conditions of bail. 6.

Needless to say, all these conditions shall also be duly adhered to by them.

Registry is also directed to send copy of this order to respondent Nos.2 and 3 and their counsel for their information and due compliance. 8.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
