1. The present application has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the respondents' failure to decide his representation, within the time granted by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner's representation is already under consideration and assures the Court that the same will be decided by the respondents shortly.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, we are of the view that in case, the petitioner has any grievance regarding the respondents' failure to decide his representation within the time granted by this Court on 31.07.2024, it will be open for him to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings.
