that in W.P.(C) 10526/2024, provisional admission has been granted to the petitioners, and in W.P.(C) 10540/2024, the petitioner has been granted regular admission.

In light of the aforesaid, since regular admission has already been granted to the petitioner in W.P.(C) 10540/2024, therefore, the same has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, W.P.(C) 10540/2024 stands disposed of.

In W.P.(C) 10526/2024, the statement of respondent-School is taken on record that regular admission shall be granted to the petitioners without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the instant writ petition. 4.
Placing the aforesaid statement on record, W.P.(C) 10526/2024 also stands disposed of.
