After some arguments, Mr Ashok Taneja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after the prosecutrix has been examined. He further requests that the direction be issued for the prosecutrix to be examined as expeditiously as possible.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The Trial Court is requested to examine the prosecutrix as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months
