% 16.03.2018 Priyanka Verma and Prince Azad, petitioners No.1 and 2 respectively, have filed the present petition seeking protection stating that they are major and have married of their own free will, contrary to the wishes of their parents. This Court granted interim protection to the petitioners vide order dated February 16, 2018.

Today, Priyanka Verma and Prince Azad are present in Court. It appears that both of them cannot live together now. Priyanka insists that she wants to join the company of her parents and brother and does not wish to live with Prince Azad. Prince Azad also states that their marriage/alliance is not working.

In view of the fact that the petitioner No.1 is a major and wants to join the company of her parents and brother, who are present in Court, she is permitted to join their company. Petitioners No.1 and 2 also state that they would cooperate with each other for declaring their marriage a nullity or any other appropriate legal remedy. They also state that they will not create any problem for each other in future.

Petition is disposed of.
