O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 476/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to render the award.

I have been informed that the arguments have been concluded and the matter is reserved for rendering the award.

If that be so, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to render the award is extended till February 18, 2020 w.e.f November 18, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
