% 02.02.2018 Vide order dated 13.01.2016 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to the East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Now, the matter has been returned by the Court of Additional District Judge-4, East District on the ground that the suit property falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District, as recorded in the order dated 27.01.2018. Both the counsels state that the suit property falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District and that the suit may accordingly be transferred to the said district. Registry to transmit the records of this suit to the court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District for 12th February, 2018. Parties are directed to appear before the said court at 2:00 p.m.
