% 25.02.2020 Petitioner is in judicial custody since 5th July, 2019 in FIR No. 285/2019, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at police station G.T.B.Enclave, Delhi. Vide this petition, he is seeking regular bail on the ground that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to avail the remedy before the learned court of Sessions.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
