% 06.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 31st May, 2016, in the terms and conditions as stipulated in Annexure C-1 at page 70, accordingly, FIR No. 114/2013 under Sections 452/323/427/354/120B IPC registered at Police Station Maya Puri may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court alongwith her counsel and has been identified by SI Rajender Prasad, P.S. Mayapuri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners before the Delhi Mediation Centre of her own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. `75,000/- has been paid by the petitioners to the respondent no. 2 in Court today in cash. She admits

having received the entire settled amount from the petitioners. She further submits that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind the fact that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 114/2013 under Sections 452/323/427/354/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Maya Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
