% 10.03.2017 It is stated that refund claims have been allowed. The respondents are directed to ensure that the refund orders together with interest is passed within a week and the amounts are also remitted to the petitioner's account within the same period.

In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply for clarification/further orders to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation.

The writ petition alongwith pending application is disposed off accordingly.
