This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 53813/2025 (withdraw the petition) 2.

The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:

"(i) Permit the petitioner/applicant to withdraw the above captioned writ petition [W.P. (C) N0.10554 OF 2024 with liberty to challenge Order dated 05.06.2024 as well as the Award dated 10.07.2025 passed by Ld. CGIT cum Labour Court No. II, New Delhi, in I.D No. 299/2022; and (ii) Pass any such other or further orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and in favour of the petitioner."

The present petition had been preferred challenging the order dated 05.06.2024 passed by learned Presiding Officer, CGIT-cum-Labour Court-II. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, final award dated 10.07.2025 has been passed by learned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the above, liberty is sought to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition challenging the orders dated 05.06.2024 and 10.07.2025.

Needless to say, the petitioner is always at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
