The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 11th March, 2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 794/2017. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the aforesaid judgment dated 11th March, 2019 has already been stayed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 1826/2020 vide order dated 17th February, 2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the respondent, this Court notes that the order dated 17th February, 2020 passed by the Supreme Court, which is on record, categorically directs that there shall be stay of the operation of the judgment dated 11th March, 2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 794/2017. 4.
