A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0344/2021 dated 17.07.2021 registered under Section 308 IPC at Police Station Kalyan Puri.

The complaint has been filed by the respondent No. 2/wife against the petitioner/husband levelling the allegations of beatings given to her by the petitioner. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 0344/2021 dated 17.07.2021 U/s 308 IPC, has been registered against the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their family members and considering the future of their three growing children and they The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The respondent No.2/complainant and the petitioner are present in the Court and submits that because of the small misunderstanding/dispute, the FIR was registered, however, they have settled their disputes. Even the FIR No.270/2021 dated 14.06.2021 under Section 498A/323/34 IPC P.S. Kalyanpuri has also got quashed on account of compromise between the parties. The respondent No.2 has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 0344/2021 registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri, for offences punishable under Sections 308 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings is hereby quashed qua all the petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of.
