The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of the FIR No. 391/2024 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at Police Station Seemapuri, Delhi.

None appears for the Petitioner.

Mr. Thareja, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 states that Respondent No. 2 is also not present in Court, as he had to leave. He states that Respondent No. 2 does not wish to abide by the समझौतानामा dated 08.07.2024.

Learned ASC states that in view of the statement of Respondent No. 2 recorded by the coordinate Bench on 20.11.2024 which has serious consequences against Respondent no. 2.
