By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is aggrieved by respondent No. 2 visiting his residence multiple times.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 13.01.1999, proceedings under Section 47 of Delhi Police Act were initiated against the petitioner by the concerned DCP.

Issue notice.

Ld. APP for the State accepts notice and on instructions, informs that petitioner was labelled as a Bad Character (B.C.) of the area of Sagarpur, South West District. He further informs that relevant file concerning the petitioner has now been transferred to respondent No.2, Police Station Khyala, West District and the police officer from the concerned police station had visited the residence of the petitioner for the purpose of verification only.
