% 27.09.2024 Learned APP has pointed out that in the present case non-bailable warrants had already been issued against the petitioner. Let the petitioner move the learned Trial Court for recall of the non-bailable warrants. Till the time the petitioner moves the learned Trial Court and the same is considered, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner. The petitioner is also granted liberty to move the learned Trial Court for the grant of bail.

Learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the disposal of the present case.
