Mr. Kansal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that substantial prosecution evidence is over.

He limits his request only to the fact that the entire prosecution evidence be completed expeditiously and preferably within 4 months from today and seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh bail application after the prosecution evidence is over. 3.

It is expected that the Trail Court will conclude the prosecution evidence expeditiously as only 4 prosecution witnesses are left. 4.

Granting the aforesaid liberty as sought by the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that as and when the bail application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
