It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the prayer Clause „C‟ has been satisfied. However, he is only seeking directions for expeditious disposal of case bearing R.A. no. 77/2022 titled as "Shammi Tandon vs. Cholamandalam and Ors". It is submitted that by order dated 27.07.2023, the learned predecessor Bench of this Court has already issued such directions. Thus, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition. 2.

The permission to withdraw is granted.
