By filing the present petition, the petitioner, who is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court, has challenged impugned order dated 01.04.2024.

During course of the arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined himself with respect to disposal of application No.3 (condonation of delay in filing written statements by defendant No.1a, 1b, 1c) and application No.4 (whereby the written statement was permitted to be taken on record).

After hearing arguments for some time, Sh.
