After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking amendment in the plaint as he now wants to incorporate the ground of adultery also in the petition seeking divorce. 2.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Needless to observe, as and when any such application seeking amendment in the plaint is moved by the petitioner herein, the learned Trial Court would deal with the same in accordance with law. 4.

It is also clarified that this Court has not given any observations with respect to the merits of the case as such.
