The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 12.03.2016 (hereafter 'the impugned order'). The said impugned order was also the subject matter of challenge in W.P.(C) 5636/2016 captioned Union of India and Anr. v. Central Information Commission and Anr and has been set aside by the order dated 23.11.2017 passed by this court in that petition.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance does not survive. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
