The petitioner-husband is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent-wife for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.05.2023, passed by the learned Family Courts, North District, Rohini in GP No. 25/2023, whereby visitation rights with respect to the two daughters were afforded to the petitioner on first and third Saturday of every month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Children‟s Room, Rohini Court.

Upon the said order being assailed in this Court, this Court too passed an order dated 20.05.2024, thereby directing the respondent to provide compensatory visitation to the petitioner for the period when the visitation could not be granted to the petitioner with the minor children.
