The petitioners who are the wife and children of the respondent, are seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the latter for non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2023, whereby the respondent has been directed to make payment of Rs.5,000/- per month as ad interim maintenance to the petitioner from the date of filing of the interim maintenance application i.e.03.06.2019 till its disposal.

None has appeared on behalf of the respondent despite sending advance notice.
