In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, does not press his contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the petition, if the compliance is not done. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
