The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged deliberate disobedience of order dated 22.05.2024 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi under the provisions of the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 in Appeal No. 6544/2022 in O.C. No. 1920/2023. 2.
Learned Special Counsel is present for all the respondents on advance notice.

Heard. It is stated by learned Special Counsel at the Bar that he has received instructions to convey to this Court that the Enforcement Director is not contemplating taking over the possession of the properties involved in the present matter, viz. one of Khasra No. 1323ख, Moza-Pondha, Tehsil Vikasnagar, Pargana Pachwa Doon, Dehradun, Uttrakhand.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt petition.
