The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 226/2022, under Sections 307/384/34/120 B of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Mohan Garden. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to the rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application at this stage with liberty to file fresh application before the learned Trial Court after examination of the relevant witnesses.
