1. On 22nd November, 2019, the following order was passed: "W.P.(C) 12314/2019 & CM APPL. 50300/2019 (stay)

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states there is at present no Presiding Officer of Delhi Cooperative Tribunal and that the Petitioner is therefore unable to approach the said Tribunal for interim relief in the Petitioner's pending appeal.

3. In view of the above peculiar circumstance, notice be issued in the present petition.

4. Till the next date of hearing, there shall be stay of the impugned Award dated 12th September, 2019.

5. List on 23rd December, 2019.

6. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master.

2. The Court is informed that the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal has not resumed its functioning since a new Chairperson is yet to be appointed. In that view of the matter, the interim order dated 22nd November, 2019 of this Court is directed to continue, till such time that the Chairperson of the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal is appointed and the Petitioners‟ application for stay in the appeal pending before it is disposed of.

3. The petition and the pending application are disposed of in the above terms.
