The present petition is filed seeking directions to the learned Family Court to dispose of the proceedings in MT Case No. 66/2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings have been pending since the year 2013. Till date no order with regard to interim maintenance has been passed. 3.

The order sheet of the learned Trial Court has not been placed on record. It is not understood as to who is responsible for the delay.

Thus, without going into the merits of the case or whether it was the petitioner herself who was responsible for the delay, this Court considers it apposite that the present petition is disposed of with directions to the learned Family Court to dispose of the application seeking interim maintenance expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed.
