This is a petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the award dated 06.03.2019. 2.

There is nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner and there was nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the last date as well. 3.

Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 163/2019 4.

This is an enforcement petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking execution of the Award dated 06.03.2019.

The awarded amount has already been deposited in this Court and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 09/09/2025 at 12:15:01

50% of it was released to the decree holder.
