Mr. Keshav Sehgal, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff realizes that he will have to file a properly constituted civil suit. Hence, he seeks liberty to withdraw the instant civil suit with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law, including to file a properly constituted civil suit. He also prays that he be refunded the entire court fees. 2.
