The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0500/2019, under Section 509 of the IPC registered with PS IGI Airport and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and is identified by her counsel. Respondent no. 2 had alleged that the petitioner had misbehaved with her and used foul language, while on a flight from Amsterdam. 3.

The petitioner is present in Court and he is sincerely apologetic of his behaviour. He states that he has resolved all disputes with respondent no.2. 4.

The petitioner also undertakes to this Court that he shall conduct

himself in a manner so as to respect and afford dignity to women. He is bound down to the undertaking given to this Court. He has also been explained the import of the said undertaking. 5.

In view of the undertaking/statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0500/2019 under Section 509 of the IPC registered with PS IGI Airport and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The petitioner and respondent no. 2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their undertaking/statements recorded herein. 8.
