The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 114/2025 of PS Harsh Vihar for offence under Section under section 103(1) BNS. Learned APP accepts notice and points out that there are two eyewitnesses and the accused/applicant is already under non-bailable warrants. Without addressing further arguments, in view of the non-bailable warrants, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to raise the same arguments as raised in the present application before the Court of Sessions after surrendering and seeking regular bail.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
