Learned counsel for the accused/applicant, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application and states that the learned Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and recording of statement of prosecution witnesses.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that withdrawal of the present bail application before this Court will not come in way of filing any future bail application before the learned Trial Court, which will be decided on its own merit, at an appropriate stage.
