This application has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking withdrawal of Rs.15,01,34,839/-, which has been deposited by the Judgment Debtor with the Registry of this Court pursuant to the Order dated 24.10.2024.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Judgment Debtor that the abovementioned amount is inclusive of interest till the date of deposit, i.e. 11.11.2024.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Decree Holder that all the claims of the Decree Holder now stands satisfied. 4.

In view of the above, the Decree Holder is permitted to withdraw Rs.15,01,34,839/-.
