% 01.08.2016 This writ petition is premised on the submission of the petitioner/wife that the respondent/husband is trying to delay the proceedings unnecessarily. The submission is that PW-1(wife) is under cross-examination, but the respondent/husband has not crossexamined PW-1 at the cost of representation and indeed to delay the proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. He undertakes to complete the cross-examination of PW-1 on the next date of hearing i.e. 19.09.2016 as PW-1 has already been cross-examined in part. Learned Family Judge would discharge PW-1, after her remaining cross-examination is completed. No further orders are called for in this petition. The petition is disposed of.
