This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, who was in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

The mandate of the learned arbitrator is stated to have expired on 31 July 2024.

Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended till 31 January 2025.
