The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"i. Quash the criminal proceedings initiated against the present Petitioner in connection with the FIR No. 4/2023 dated 17.01.2023 u/S 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 P.S. Cyber Police Station, Rohini; and ii. Pass such other orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the particular facts and circumstances of the present case of the Petitioner."

Complainant in person with ld. Counsel Sh. O.P. Gaud. The complainant submits that he has settled the dispute with the accused persons and received settlement amount of Rs. l lakh from them. Now he has no grievance against any person and he wants to compound the offence. Let the statement of complainant be recorded to this effect.

In view of the above, the offence under Section 420/424/34 IPC stands compounded between the parties and the accused persons namely Sunil Singh, Naveen Kumar, Shishpal, Kamlesh Bawanekar and Manish Choure stand acquitted in the present case.

Bail bond of accused persons stand cancelled. Sureties stand discharged. Endorsement if any, on the documents be cancelled forthwith.

Be listed for consideration before National Lok Adalat on 08.03.2025. Dasti copy."
