This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a period of one year from 26.05.2024 to make and publish the award.

It is stated that due to voluminous record, the proceedings could not be completed.

and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 7.
For the said reasons, the period of arbitral tribunal is extended for a period of one year. The period from 26.05.2024 till today stands regularized. 8.
