After arguments, it is agreed that the appellant will pay the costs, but the costs to be paid are reduced to Rs. 20,000/-. It is stated that out of the costs of Rs. 20,000/-, a sum of Rs. 10,000/- will be paid to the defendant No.1 in the suit and the balance costs of Rs. 10,000/- will be deposited with www.bharatkeveer.gov.in. 2.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of by reducing the costs of Rs. 30,000/- imposed by the Trial Court to Rs. 20,000/- and which shall be paid/ deposited in the proportion stated above within a period of two weeks from today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
