Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Advocate submits that despite his best efforts, no instructions are coming forward from the plaintiff for prosecuting the suit. He states that he seeks a discharge.

He states that he has reached out to Mr. Ajay Rewal, the authorized representative of the plaintiff, however, the AR is not giving his instructions. He states that it appears plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the suit 3.

It is noted that similar submissions were made by Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Advocate before this Court on 15.12.2023 with respect to lack of instructions from the plaintiff.

There has been no progress in the suit for past more than two (2) years. The matter has simply been adjourned. It is evident that plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the suit.

The suit is dismissed.
