This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in R.A. No.110/2025 & M.A. No.2689/2025 filed in O.A. No. 51/2025, rejecting the prayer of the petitioners to be impleaded as a party respondent in the above OA.

The learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to state that the petitioners be allowed to file a written synopsis of their arguments and make oral submissions before the learned Tribunal. 4.

This prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file their written synopsis by Monday, that is, 21.07.2025, after supplying the copies of the same to the learned counsels for the other parties. 6.

The petitioners shall also be entitled to make oral submissions before the learned Tribunal.

It is made clear that the petitioners shall not seek an adjournment before the learned Tribunal on the date fixed in the OA.
