1. The present petition has been filed under Section 477 of BNSS for transferring the case bearing SC No. 105/2021 in FIR No. 590/2020 registered at PS Shahdbad Diary, under Sections 376/506/34 IPC and Section 6/21 of POCSO Act tilted as State v. Brijesh pending in the Court of Mr.Ajay Nagar, learned ASJ/SPL FTC North, North Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi to the Court of Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, learned ASJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi on the ground that a cross case arising out of FIR No.352/2020 is pending trial in the Court of Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, learned ASJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi.

Respondent is present through VC and submits that she has no objection if case bearing SC No. 105/2021 in FIR No. 590/2020 registered at PS Shahdbad Diary, under Sections 376/506/34 IPC and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Section 6/21 of POCSO Act tilted as State v. Brijesh pending in the Court of Mr.Ajay Nagar, learned ASJ/SPL FTC North, North Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi be transferred to the Court of Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, learned ASJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi.
3. In these circumstances the case bearing SC No. 105/2021 in FIR No. 590/2020 registered at PS Shahdbad Diary, under Sections 376/506/34 IPC and Section 6/21 of POCSO Act tilted as State v. Brijesh pending is withdrawn from the Court of Mr.Ajay Nagar, learned ASJ/SPL FTC North, North Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi and transferred to Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, learned ASJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi.
4. The transferor Court is requested to send all records to the transferee Court.
5. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, learned ASJ, North West District, Rohini Court, Delhi on 31.08.2024.
6. Copy of this order be sent to the District and Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
